As you all know Spring is the start of the bikini season and I bet you all want to get that bikini body and stuff, but what you might not know is that it's much more simple than you guys think, you don't need to go on a ristricting diet or workout 4 hours 5 days a week in a gym,
it's actually a 3 step process :
1-Buy a bikini
2-Put on the bikini
3-Own the frickin bikini
But maybe what you guys want is to lose a couple of kg/pounds before the summer, and that I can help with but because it's a really lengthy topic, I'll leave it for another post, here we'll be focusing more on getting spring ready!
Okay so during the Spring, the weather starts to get kinda hot, all the chilly/cold days are left behind in the winter, it's all fun and games until you burn your skin :(
So my first advice for flawless skin this Spring is to wearf spf, you're supposed to wear spf all year round but during the spring/summer you kinda need it more.
My second tip for flawless skin is to stay hydrated, the amount of water in your body affects your skin alot. try drinking up to 2L of water daily, I bet that in less than 2 weeks youi'll see a difference. Also increase your fruit intake, it plays a huge role on your skin too
I know this one sounds boring and pointless, but I mean it's Spring, time for a little or a lot of Spring cleaning. I'd say to start off with your closet, organize your clothesby shape, by sizeby color...It's your choice,the possibilites are endless! Put out your big coats and bring out your colourful spring/summery clothes, trust me once you get this over with you'll be thankful.
There are tiny things you can add to your room that make it pop, change your curtains, add a flower, a vase, a teddy bear, anything! Just watch how your room goes from Winter Blues to Flower Power
