I've been absent from this blog and basically all social media related to this blog for about two years now. I'd like to give a reasonable excuse as to why that happened but all I can say is I have been busy, however I am truly aware that that is not a good enough excuse because, aren't we all?
Because of this I would like to give you guys (if you still remember me) a quick life update and I will do my best to try and stay committed (for the fifth time) to this blog.

If you did not know already, I lived in Spain, however since August 2018, I have been living in Ireland. This has been a massive change in my life but it still does not excuse my absence from writing as this relocation happened a year after I went AWOL.

To be frank with you guys, it was hard. I do miss Spain alot but I do think it was for the better. Adjusting to a new place is always going to be hard as leaving everything you know behind to start a fresh is never easy.
I managed to meet lots of friendly people both in school and through other friends and luckily, my studies did not suffer at all. I am quite happy for the most part that my aprents decided to make such a bold move however I do miss the Spanish weather.
There is not much to say about Ireland or anything else in my life for that matter because I honestly believe that there has been little to no change over the past two years. I've met so many lovely people who eventually changed my life for the better butI think that that is a story for nother day.

With all this said, this Summer I am making it a point of duty to write more as I forgot how much I truly enjoyed this.

Right now at school we're in the middle of finals week, which should probably have a different name because they're about 3 weeks though.

This Summer has been great, it's been awesome! I went out much more than last year, I spent more and had lots of fun, but there are things I wish I would've done with more frequency or things I was planning on doing but didn't get to do at all.
I start school in two days, so my chances of doing these things are extremely low, but I'll go ahead and start my list!

I wish I would've written more

This Summer I promised I would write more and update my blog more regularly, because I thought that I wouldn't be busy at all and that I'd have all the time in the world... That didn't happen at all, I was really busy this Summer and I tried to write whenever I had the chance, but anytime I wrote something I wouldn't really be pleased with the outcome of it, I'd edit and re-read it a bunch of times but I still wouldn't be happy so I eventually stopped trying.
During school days, I'll try and update my blog at least once a week!

I wish I would've taken more photos

This Summer I went to lots of beautiful places, Malaga is extremely beautiful during the Summer and it being Summer I went out a lot but I didn't capture the essence of these wonderful places so most of them remain forgotten, I did take quite a few selfies with my friends, but I didn't get a chance to capture these beautiful locations I went to this Summer.

I wish I would've exercised more

This happens, basically every Summer, it's a habit that I'm trying to break - I promise myself that I'll work out and stop after a few days or weeks, I stopped exercising this Summer on August, but I wish I would've exercised more because knowing myself I'm pretty sure I won't work out during the winter. I am starting volleyball soon so that could help!

I wish I would've started a YouTube Channel

If you've been following this blog for a while now, you'll all know that I have a YouTube account for a website called Stardoll, this Summer, I managed to get over 300 subscribers and get to 1100+ subscribers! I'm really grateful for that, but I do wish I would've started a Youtube Channel about myself.

This Summer I've been looking around for different cameras that are in a high schooler's budget (because honestly, I can't afford all the fancy Canons all these youtubers use) and I came across the Zoom Audio Recorder, It's an amazing video recorder and audio recorder for a really good price, this recorder can be used for vlogging which was my main purpose and simple talking videos, I have lots of life story and lessons which I'd love to share with you guys but sometimes writing isn't enough, I wanted to record it in a way that you guys will be able to see my face and actually capture my emotions and not misinterpret what I'm trying to say.
The Zoom Audio Recorder has a HD screen and HD audio quality which comes in really handy when vlogging or filming a storytime video. it's a portable 'pretty lightweight' camera which you can take around with no fuss and it's got a long lasting battery life plus it's got a FLIP SCREEN!

Overall this Summer was a great one, but if I'd done the four things I mentioned above, my Summer would've been perfect!

A couple of months ago, I wrote a blog post on Fashion Life Hacks To Make Your Life Easier after two or three months I think it's about time I did one for Beauty!

These are some tips and tricks I implement in my daily life that just make my life much easier!

Make your Makeup Last Longer
I barely wear makeup, I do it once a month or so but when I do I wear minimal makeup, when I wear that minimal makeup I want it to last all day and since I'm no expert and I'm sort of cheap too and I don't want to purchase a primer, I stick my face in the freezer for a while, thirty seconds or so.
I know me explaining it like this may sound all sorts of crazy and stupid and I'm not really sure if there's a scientific explanation behind all this but my makeup lasts all day!
Or you could just, you know, buy a primer suitable to your skin type...


Make Your Perfume Last Longer
All you need for this life hack is a refrigerator and your perfume.
Put your perfume in the refrigerator the night before you want to use it and spray it when you need it.
I don't know the scientific explanation behind this but all I know is that it works.
Also make sure no one drinks it! Haha!


Look More Awake
When you're applying your eye makeup, put your highlighter in your inner tear-duct area and Ta-dah! You look less walking-dead-ish.


Double The Thickness and Length Of Your Ponytail
All you have to do is create two ponytails, one on the bottom of your head and one on the top of your head.
Create the ponytail on the bottom first because this way when you create your second ponytail on the top of your head you're able to cover the tracks where the first ponytail starts.


Super Soft Lips
I've been doing this one since I was seven, I just used to brush my lips after brushing my teeth because I found it relaxing, I didn't know it made your lips softer by removing the dead skin cells of your lips.


Use Apple Cider Vinegar As  A Toner
Apple Cider Vinegar makes a great toner, it does just what a regular toner does but it's much more affordable.
Bonus Tip : You can also use it on your hair before your final rinse for added shine, less frizz...


T-Shirt Dry Your Hair
Sometimes towels can be really harsh on your hair and can actually damage it, using a t-shirt to soak up excess water is great for your hair and it reduces frizz significantly.

I've recently decided to do more productive things with my life and just mainly do things that will actually benefit me, whether it's in the future or in the present, I've just overall decided to live a healthier life, it started with my transition to veganism/seaganism (which I didn't do for the health benefits) and now I'm just trying to read more, learn new things (although I do go to school, I try and learn things that I will actually use in the future.

We are slowly approaching summer, so as the months get hotter we are more likely to show more skin, not necessarily wearing crop tank tops or short shorts, but by wearing short sleeves and 'regular' shorts and skirts and not wearing oversized sweaters and leggings, if you're like me during the winter you probably just sat at home watching movies and drinking hot cocoa.
I was fairly active when I was younger, I used to love sports, I used to swim twice a week, play football whenever I had the chance and I also did gymnastics for a year, twice a week also.
I recently started working out more and have been seeing progress, so I just wanted to share with you guys what I'm doing.

If you are an older reader on my blog you'll probably know that I'm a vegan (seagan, to be more exact) so I don't eat dairy, meat or eggs, basically nothing that comes from animals, so that makes it harder for me to eat junk food, but don't be fooled, I've been vegan almost two months, so my slight improved physique can't be just because of this.

I also started doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, it's supposed to be a fat crushing workout that provides you with fast fat loss and an amazing physique in a little amount of time, I'm currently on Day 7 and my body looks great! It consists of 3 levels, you do each level for 10 days and then go onto the next one plus each workout is 28 minutes!

A super important thing for me while working out is the music I play, if I'm listening to boring music while I'm working out there's a 70% chance I won't finish my workout and because I'm in a generous mood I wanted to share with you guys a couple of songs I've been loving for my workouts! Well guys, I'm not dead... if you were wondering, I had finals week and instead of being a week it was 2 weeks filled with exams.
As you know I went vegan around this day on  February and it's been 4 weeks since I've been vegan and I wanted to give you guys a little update.

The first thing you all might be wondering is if I lost any weight, the thing is I haven't done my weigh in, I don't like weighing myself because I get obsessed with the number, so I decided to stop weighing myself and I've been better ever since. I did notice a flatter stomach, my aunt did tell me that I'd lost some weight, but I didn't really notice any significant difference.

The next thing I'd like to talk about is my skin, did my skin get any better? The truth is my skin hasn't changed that much, to the point where I have baby skin and it feels like heaven, I still have some acne scarring, but it's nothing that a little bit of exfoliation and TLC can't cure, the part where I did notice a HUGE difference was in my breaking out, my skin broke out once or twice in the past month and it was during my finals week, so I can blame that on stress, I think I got a little pimple on my chin but I can blame my period for that.

I'd like to talk about my overall experience as a vegan/seagan.
I really enjoyed it, I never doubted, I always had that vegan spirit in me and I think it was about time I let it out, I was a huge meat-eater before, so giving up on meat made a huge difference in my life.
I've been eating mostly fish (hence the seaganism), bananas, apples and seagan sandwiches.
Being vegan is really easy, everyone thinks it's hard and that you're going to die, because you're not getting enough nutrients, but the truth is I feel even more energized as a vegan!
I caved and ate meat once, at a birthday party and that was on me, I felt like keeping me being a vegan as a secret, because I know if I tell anyone of my friends, they'll immediately jump to conclusions and think that I have an ED, which I don't, the only people I told were my brothers and one of my classmates (luckily she didn't jump to conclusions) I am planning on telling my parents, but I'm just waiting for the right moment.

Hi Guys! Sorry for not posting lately, I've been really busy and haven't really gotten the chance to write here.
I've really wanted to write about this topic for a while now, but I didn't know how to write it, I mean there's a lot I want to write, but I know that if I made it so long I would bore some of you guys to death.
Yesterday, we had a guest visitor at our school, the man gave us a speech about how he decided what he wanted to be when he was older and how he pursued his dream and is actually studying it right now, I mean, I was inspired by this man, he always knew what he wanted to be, but because his dad is an engineer he thought he would also have to be an engineer, and he studied in an engineering school for 2 years till he found out that it wasn't right for him, this man is now on his 4th year studying to be a priest, who would've guessed that a man who gets A+'s in Maths wouldn't want his future to be dirrected in that direction.
I've always loved writing and I've always wanted to be a doctor, not because of the money or anything, it's just something I've always wanted to do, I remember my mum asking me Why I wanted to be a doctor, and I simply answered because I don't like how people are dying everyday and I want to do something to help ever since I gave my mum that answer, she's always encouraged me to pursue that path.
I love writing sooo mcuh,but if I had to choose one thing to do in my fututre, I'd choose medicine, because my intentions were pure and I'm pretty good at it.
So... what was the point of this post apart from being an excuse to ramble about my life it was also to tell you guys to do what you love when you're older, you don't want to spend thousands of dollars entering university and majoring in something you don't even have your heart in, the only way to truly enjoy your life is by doing what makes you happy, and how is doing a job you hate, even though you earn millions, you will never truly be happy.

Hi guys! So today I wanted to do something a little different, as you can tell from the title it's a letter to my younger self, so if time travelling is ever invented, my younger self will be able to read this and do a couple of things differently.
I know you're not supposed to have regrets, but there are just somethings I wish I'd done differently to see how it would affect my life today.

The first thing I'd have to tell my younger self is to actually love myself/herself, I know this sounds cliche and cheesy but it's true, when I was younger I didn't have much self-love for myself, I was always cmparing myself to the other girls in my class, being a chubby girl when you're younger it's quite hard to love yourself because you are constantly looking at other thinner girls wishing you looked like them and you actually grow up to be more conscious of what you're eating, you're afraid of being judged and that wrecked me as a child, if I loved myself even just a little bit more and didn't complain about my qualities I could've saved up some tears and the brain damage I caused myself at such a young age.
The second thing I would like to tell my younger self is that I shouldn't let what other people say to me get to me, I can't count the amount of times I reached to my house and started crying because I couldn't take it anymore, what those people say to me do not make me who I am today, they do not have control over my life or my actions, what they say to me shouldn't bother me becuase I am the owner of my life and I wish I'd known this sooner.
The next thing I'd let my younger self know is to actually talk to people, when I was younger I was extremely shy, and till this day I get shy at times, I mean don't we all? But this paragraph isn't about me being shy, it's about the fact that I kept my feelings bottled up, I smetimes wrote down my feelings in a diary and whenever I re-read my diary I see how unhappy I was at the time, I never really told my friends much about myself, I barely talked to my parents about my emotions, I spent all my time playing games on the computer, when I went out I noticed I actually felt relieved and stress-free, although my problems were still there, going out was a temporary solution and now looking back, I should've done it more often, looking back instead of crying, I could've talked to my brothers, my friends, or my parents about my problems or at least someone who would understand me.

Okay guys, so that was my letter to my younger self,  I did keep a journal/diary and I do try and re-read it, lots of my problems were actually quite funny and the fact that I was stubborn makes it even funnier, I mean I was just a little kid who didn't like serious talks, I was always joking around and putting on a smile on the outside, but I died a little more everyday on the inside.
No one is perfect but making all these 'mistakes' make me who I am right today.

Although I am still a child, I have evolved a lot and that's why I decided to write this post, I wanted t take a moment and review my life.

Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that I just went seagan on the 23rd of February I just woke up and felt kinda wierd and I started thinking to myself, I kinda wanna go vegan, and that's how it happened.
I'm just going to give you all some info about what it means and why I did it:

What does seagan mean?
A seagan is a modified vegan who eats fish, and a vegan is a person who avoids dairy, eggs, meat, fish and honey in their diets, basically anything that comes from animals



Why didn't you just go vegan ?
Well the thing is we get lots of vitamins from fish and they're a really good source of protein and I thought it would be a better idea to maintain the fish in my diet and not have to spend 30 euros on suplements and vitamins.
Why I went seagan?
I've been watching lots of Freelee the Banana Girl on youtube lately and I actually hated her, but what I didn't know is that deep down I wanted to be like her, iteresting right? I mean, I hated the way she talked about 'meat-eaters' and how she made them seem like bad people, but I've always been interested in the vegan lifestyle, ever since I heard about it I've wanted to be one, plus with the added benefits like glowing skin, clear skin, some weightloss and overall it's a much healthier lifestyle.
How I did it?
Like I said before, I woke up one day and kind of felt like changing, I know I haven't been seagan for long, but I really want to keep up this lifestyle, none of my brothers think I can keep it up because of all the food I have to give up, but honestly I was kind of lactose intolerant even before I decided to take on this lifestyle.

I really want you guys to help me through this, because honestly I don't know if I can last up to a week in this lifestyle, I love it and all, I feel energized but not one other person in my family is vegan, not even vegetarian, so I'm alone on this one, I can only count on your help.
